Will this work my car ?

The RigThat products require a wired Apple CarPlay connection to work in your vehicle, please check out compatibility page to search for your specific vehicle make, model, and year.

How quickly can i set up ？

Yes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.

How fast is shopping & where dose it ship from ？

Orders placed before 6 PM PST will be shipped the same day and are expected to arrive within 7 working days of ours, depending on your location as all orders are shipped from our office in Hong Kong.

Do I need any additional app to make it work ？

Nope, we've pre-installed the most popular streaming apps to the box for you. The Google Play store is accessible from the box to download any app if you wish.

Will it work on Phone & Android ？

Yes, our RigThat product works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display screen.
